AIRI

Terms of Service

Last updated: June 5, 2026

These Terms govern your use of the AIRI app ("AIRI", "the app"), provided by ERARTA ("we", "us"). By installing or using AIRI, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use AIRI on devices you own or control, for your personal or internal business use, subject to these Terms and the app store's terms.

2. How AIRI works

AIRI records audio and processes it on your device to produce transcripts, summaries, and notes, stored in a local encrypted archive. AIRI is designed to work offline after a first-run model download. See our Privacy Policy for what data is and is not transmitted.

3. Your content

You own the notes, transcripts, and other content you create with AIRI. Because that content stays on your device, you are responsible for it, including backing it up if you wish — we have no copy of it and cannot recover it for you.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

You are responsible for complying with any laws about recording, consent, and the handling of the information you capture.

5. AI-generated output

AIRI uses on-device machine-learning models. Transcripts, summaries, translations, and answers may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are provided "as is" for your convenience and are not professional, legal, medical, financial, or other expert advice. Verify anything important before relying on it.

6. Purchases

If AIRI offers paid features, purchases are processed by the applicable app store under its terms. Pricing and what each tier includes are shown in the app or store listing at the time of purchase. Refunds are handled by the app store according to its policies.

7. Intellectual property

AIRI, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by us and our licensors. These Terms do not transfer any ownership of the app to you. Third-party components are used under their own licenses, acknowledged in the app.

8. Disclaimers

AIRI is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that model output will be accurate.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data (including content stored only on your device), profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of AIRI. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the amount you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using AIRI at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end the license if you materially breach these Terms.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms as the app evolves. We will change the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, surface a notice in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ERARTA is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless your local consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
